Calathea Lancifolia

Calathea Lancifolia has ridged leaves with a striking stripe pattern. The base of the leaf is a pale green, while the stripes and specks are a deep green. 

Calathea plants require more specialized care than others, as they do not tolerate being watered with tap water. They are tropical plants that prefer high temperatures and high humidity, and they need either distilled water, reverse osmosis water, rain water, or treated water. They prefer well draining soil, but also have high watering requirements. Avoid direct sun.
