Ficus Elastica Ruby

The Ruby variety of Ficus has unique variegation. The margins of the leaf has bright rosy variegation with patches of a peach color throughout. The base color is a deep green, and the veins are a ruby red. 

These woody plants enjoy humidity, and prefer a well draining soil and a low to moderate amount of water. Ficus do not like cold drafts, so be sure to keep them away from open windows and AC vents. They produce a sap when pruned.
