Ficus Ginseng

Ginseng is a variety of Ficus that has a thick trunk base, growing upwards into thin and plentiful leaves. The leaves are a medium-green color. 

These woody plants enjoy humidity, and prefer a well draining soil and a low to moderate amount of water. Ficus do not like cold drafts, so be sure to keep them away from open windows and AC vents. They produce a sap when pruned.
