LeafLabs #4 chunky perlite is the largest of our perlite offerings. Its largest particle sizes are huge and will be around the size of a piece of popcorn. “Chunky” perlite makes an excellent addition to aroid and other potting mixes with max drainage and aeration is a priority. It can also be used as a potting medium itself for hydroponic and semi-hydropic applications.
